During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful neighborhood surrounding the accommodation. It offered a quiet and serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
I must admit that the studio apartment itself fell far below my expectations. The property was outdated and poorly maintained, with dated furniture and facilities that were not fit for purpose.

Particularly good location within easy walking distance of Brel. Truly cosy room, and so reasonably large. Helpful and amicable staff at all times.

escaping from the chaos of cities, our stay at Newhall in Glasgow was a breath of fresh air. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the train station and nearby cafes. The housekeeper was incredibly caring and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The property itself was lovely, with a beautiful walled garden and plenty of space.
One small hiccup, the communication regarding the price was a bit confusing.

Excellent value for money, charming and cozy room with unique character. Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and train station. The staff, particularly the gentleman who checked us in, was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating.
The breakfast experience could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

My partner and I recently stayed at Newhall for our anniversary. The housekeeper, who was incredibly beautiful, made our stay extra special with her caring and attentive nature. We were pleasantly surprised by the offer to use the washing machine, although we did find it puzzling that there were no drying facilities available. The charming character of the house and garden, with its interesting and comfortable furnishings, along with ample parking space, made for a delightful stay. The location was perfect, as it offered easy access to the university, parks, and all the facilities of the West End.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The location was absolutely perfect for us, with art galleries, shops, gardens, and a park within walking distance. It was just what we were looking for, tucked away from the city center bustle and noise. The housekeeper was incredibly beautiful and caring, making sure we were okay throughout our stay. We didn't initially express our unhappiness, but she went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. The house itself was in a good spot, just a short walk from the train station, with fantastic cafes nearby. And the added bonus of free off-street parking was a game-changer. Despite a few minor negatives, like the lack of certain amenities, overall, our stay was exceptional.
